Hello Friends,

Here is a short post on the importance and correlation between success and leadership.

Everyone wants to be successful in life, to be healthy, wealthy and prosperous. Did you know that your ability to negotiate, communicate, influence and persuade others to do things is absolutely indispensable to everything you accomplish in life.

The most effective men and women in every area are those who can quite competently organize the cooperation and assistance of other people toward the accomplishment of important goals and objectives. And this is a skill that can be learned.

The better you become at this skill, the more opportunities and possibilities you will have, and the faster and further you will rise in everything you will do. Every part of our society needs men and women who can and will step forward to bring about the changes, achieve the goals and accomplish the results that are so needed in so many ways.

As you learn, practice and develop your skills as a leader, you will get more done, and make more progress, in a shorter period of time than ever before. What we know today is that everything is done by teams. There is very little that one person can accomplish alone. Even to get a hamburger at McDonald’s requires a team effort involving the skills and abilities of a great number of people.

Making a sale, operating a business, doing a job or managing a household all require the ability to both coach teams of people and the ability to play as a fully functioning team member. All men and women who rise to positions of power and influence have developed the ability to work well with diverse groups of people.
